Purchasing

1. Will you sell retail to me? Are you open to the public?
   

   No. We are strictly wholesale only.

   We choose not to compete with our customers (retail stores), so

   please visit your local retail store or gem show.

2. What does wholesale mean?
   

   Wholesaling is the selling of goods in large quantities to be retailed

   or resold by others. It does not include personal purchases not

   intended for resale.

3. What do I need in order to buy from you?
   

   You need a current and correct state-issued resale license and must

   fill out an appropriate resale certificate based on the location of

   purchase. Since we are selling wholesale, we do not collect tax from

   you and this form provides for that exemption from state sales tax. A

   Federal EIN number pertains to employment taxes and is meaningless in

   this regard.

4. Can I bring a friend?
   

   You, as our customer, are responsible for anyone who accompanies you

   to purchase from us. It is our intention to only sell for resale, so

   please do not bring people looking to purchase for their own personal

   use.

5. Do you sell _______________?
   

   Come and see us at a show near you and view our inventory. It is

   impossible to describe our complete line of products and we prefer to

   decline requests for specific materials.

6. Can I order ____________ over the phone?
   

   Due to the unique and special nature of our material we suggest you

   select your material in person. Please come and see us at a show or

   warehouse to make purchases.

7. Do you do special orders? I have a customer who needs _______________.
   

   We’re sorry, but no.

8. What are your payment terms?
   

   We gladly accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

9. Where are you located?
   

   We have a warehouse in Marshfield, MA that is open Monday-Friday

   8am-4pm. We have a warehouse in Tucson, AZ that is open only during

   the Tucson Show dates.

10. Do you show in Tucson?
    

    Yes. We show at only one location in Tucson, our warehouse at the

    1820 Oracle Wholesale Show. This complex was completed for the 2007

    show. We have been showing there exclusively since 2008. Please see

    the 1820 Oracle website for more information.

11. Is your Tucson warehouse open year-round?
    

    No.
